WorBas was founded by Dr. Stefania Tucci who has over 35 years of experience in the financial sector and has followed for many years both institutional relations and consultancy for the development of extraordinary corporate finance activities also in the cross-sector aspect. border between Europe and China.
The team is made up of a group of people who have been working successfully together for at least 15 years, and some have been collaborating with each other for more than 30 years, and this has created a company spirit of harmony, trust and coordination which translates into a service of the highest quality and competence that we offer to our customers.
Team members are:
Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the “G. D'Annunzio" of Chieti-Pescara, began his professional career in the B.C.C. Abruzzese Cappelle sul Tavo in January 1998 in the branch covering various roles such as counter operator, credit officer and back office (portfolio, collections and payments, etc.). In 2002 he was transferred to the Administrative Area to deal with e-money, foreign affairs, corporate treasury and the interbank network. Subsequently in 2009 he was transferred to the General Accounting Office where he held the position of accounting officer and then subsequently as Office Manager dealing with accounting, taxation, supervisory reports in the Bank of Italy and financial statements. In August 2021 he left the banking world after 23 years and in November 2021 he joined the WorBas RE team with the role of Administrative Manager.
Monica follows relationships with customers, suppliers and coordinates the organization of corporate offices by carrying out tasks of harmonization of all colleagues, providing great support with her work to all the other employees of the company. It reports to both the CEO and the head of institutional relations.
In addition, WorBas makes use of the recurrent and proven collaboration of a group of external professionals, who integrate and interact with the WorBas team by providing the specific and selected skills, thus being able to offer the customer all the support required to carry out the assignment.
