WorBas has successfully made one of the most important investments of recent times in the city of Ferrara, with the purchase and renovation of 3 buildings in the historic centre to be used as a student residence, and the agreement for the management of the same with DoveVivo, the largest co-living company in Europe.
The properties were bought after purchasing the non-performing loans on them.
The three buildings are: the Chiozzino a residence built in the 1980s, the ancient Poliambulanza historic building and the famous Palmiroli-Chiozzi palace which owes its name to the engineer Bortolomeo Chiozzi who bought the building between the 17th and 17th centuries, today protected by the city ministry of cultural heritage.
The three buildings form a single university campus of approximately 6,500 square meters and offers 180 beds in the Este city, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe, with an ancient tradition of off-site students.
